Returns
UN3 accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colours (subject to availability).
If the item you want is unavailable, you will receive a refund or store credit.
How to Start a Return
Email us at Info@un3performance.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.
We will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a faulty product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
